|1 Delivery to Identified Person: Customer needs to provide correct details of Consignee / Recipient Name (as stated in their photo identification issued by the Government of India) with complete Address, nearby landmark, pin code and contact number for hassle-free delivery. As the product reaches the destination, at the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the below-mentioned identity proofs to collect the product: PassportPAN CardDrivers LicenseVoters ID
|We make sure that delivery is made with the help of the courier agent after checking the identity proof of the recipient and the courier agent confirms the same. To make sure that the delivery is safe and secured, the courier agent will note down details of the recipient’s identity proof. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing with original copies of identity proof for identification.
|2 Delivery Location: Orders can be delivered only to Consignee / Recipient’s Residential or Work Location in India. The delivery of the orders cannot be done at any public places like Mall, Hotel, Restaurant, Hostel, on the street etc. If the recipient is unavailable during delivery, the Courier Company will try to make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case you are still not reachable/available, the same will be returned to our facility. Note: Delivery at places of Assam, Andaman Nicobar, Shri Nagar, Jammu Kashmir, East India and Lakshadweep are on customers own risk.
|3. Shipping Charges: Shipping is FREE OF COST across all over India. IN CASE OF INTERNATIONAL ORDER, the Customer has to pay the shipping charges at the time of placing the order. Also, custom duty & taxes levied by destination country has to be borne by the customer and needs to be paid to the logistic partner at the time of delivery. Please note that all consignments are on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Change in Shipping Address: If customer wants to change shipping address, they should send an email to email@example.com Guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of Courier Company. Any kind of discrepancy in the details of the receiver will result in non- delivery of product. www.tushargems.in holds the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised policy shall be posted on this website.
|5. Shipping Policy: Shipping of the order from Tushar Gems is very safe, secure and hassle-free. All our products are insured during the in transit by the insurance company. Every package of product (Gems or Jewellery) purchased from Tushar Gems.in will reach to your doorstep in a durable condition and in tamper-proof packing. Our courier partners are DTDC,Secure Global and Shri Krishna. We will dispatch through any of these courier partners depending upon their serviceability in the shipping address. Inspect the package for any damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. Make a video of the unboxing of your shipment for security purposes. Tushar Gems India will not be responsible for orders collected directly from the delivery hub or anywhere outside the delivery address.
|Return / Exchange Policy
|1. Goods can only be exchanged or Return with the original bill issued at the time of purchase.
|2. Only jewelry, gemstones , moissanite is exchanged or returned. No loose product will be exchanged or Returned.
|3. No customized orders will be made in exchange/return, only exchange by ready stock.
|4. Charges (Rs. 1000/-) for certification will be deducted on Returns / Exchanges.
|5. Value of return is 80% / Exchange 100% on Moissanite and Lab Grown Diamonds after deduction of Making Charge(if, any) for 1st year. Afterward, it will depend on current price. No appreciation will be done on Gold and old gold will be taken by 94% value.
|6. No damage should be made on the stone. It should be in proper condition.
|7. After quality check only it will be identified that an exchange or return can be done or not.
|8. If parcels have been shipped to the customer both side shipping cost will be applied.
|9. In exchange of moissanite only moissanite will be issued. Same for lab-grown.
|10. GST will be deducted on exchange or return.
|11. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: No Return / No Exchange
|12. No Exchange No Return on below Rs.10,000/- or $125 Order Value
|13. Refund will be made in 7-10 days after receiving the parcel to us.
|14. Exchange/ Return will only be done with ready-stock jewelry. Not on customized orders.
|15. All policies can be change as per time, without notification.
|16. Exchange / Return will not be done on sold exclusive offer jewelry, Moissanites and Gemstones.
|17. Exchange only 1 time can be done on an article.
|18. No discount will be applicable on new exchange articles.
|19. Exchange / Return will be made after deduction of Making Charge, GST, Transaction Fee (if any) and Shipping Charge (if any).
|20. If you have paid any advance to make order and want to cancel in between by any reason a refund will be made after deducting 100% of labor charges, transaction fees and other deductions as per the order.
|All Policies are applicable on all purchases done from us.
|1. Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled before it is shipped to the provided destination and a refund will be done after deducting 20% value via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction or through cheque (amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by the customer while placing the order is not in use). Once the refund process \is initiated, you will receive the refund amount directly in your account or through cheque.
|2. If the order is placed and the parcel is shipped then the order cannot be cancelled and the refund can not be made. AND in case of International order: No Refund / No Exchange and also transaction deduction charges will be apply.
|3. In case of any discrepancy, we can cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information, etc. We also have the right to check out for extra information for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is canceled partially or completely or if in case any extra data is required for the purpose of accepting your order.
